This disc is a 2-channel 96/24 DVD mastered by Gateway Mastering. Its high density information can be accessed unaltered at a flow rate of about 3.5 megabits per second by high-end DVD players with a PCM output and a 96/24 D/A chip, outboard D/A converter, or home theater processor equipped with 96/24 digital-to-audio converters (DACs). It will play in DVD-Audio players, all of which have onboard 96/24 DACs and output the sound as analogue stereo. It will also play in DVD players without any special decoding chips, as it has the complete program in Dolby Digital stereo.
